By joining as a panelist, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). If you do not accept the Terms of Service, please refrain from using our panel services. Xcel MedConnect, along with its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and subsidiaries, reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on the Xcel Viewpoint website, and such postings will serve as notification of modifications. Continued use of the Panel Services after changes have been posted signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. Xcel Viewpoint provides a range of services (collectively, "Services"), which may include access to medical resources, participation in research surveys, and involvement in webinars or discussion forums. Certain Services may also be governed by additional guidelines or rules that will apply in conjunction with these Terms of Service.
Language of the Agreement
In instances where Xcel Viewpoint provides a translated version of these Terms, you acknowledge that the English version will prevail in governing your relationship with Xcel MedConnect. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English text will take precedence.
I. Service Description
Xcel Viewpoint offers access to the following, subject to its discretion:
Participation in market research surveys
Invitations to relevant professional events
Access to medical resources through our customization tool
Please note that the Services are provided "AS IS," and Xcel MedConnect assumes no responsibility for any delays, deletions, or failure to store user communications or personalization settings.
II. Your Use of the Panel Services
To access some of our Services, you may be required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information as part of the registration process or continued usage of the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted industry standards. You further agree not to access the Services through any unauthorized methods, such as automated scripts or web crawlers, and not to interfere with the operation of the Services or the networks connected to them. Furthermore, you agree not to duplicate, sell, or resell the Services unless explicitly permitted in a separate agreement with Xcel MedConnect.

To use the Panel Services, you may be required to register, choose a username ("User ID"), and provide accurate information. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account termination. Xcel MedConnect reserves the right to refuse or cancel any User ID at its discretion. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, and all actions taken under your User ID will be deemed authorized by you.

Xcel Viewpoint is not responsible for the content or operation of Linked Sites and provides these links solely for convenience. VII. User Content Provided to Xcel MedConnect
